NEW CLIENT CONSULTATIONS: All new patients are required to book a consultation prior to receiving any treatment. This allows us to review your medical history, discuss your concerns and goals, and create a personalized treatment plan that is safe and appropriate for you.

DEPOSITS: A $50 deposit + HST is required to secure all online bookings. This deposit will be applied toward the cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

INTAKE FORMS: To ensure a smooth and efficient appointment, all intake forms must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your visit. If forms remain incomplete and show as “Pending,” we may be unable to proceed with your appointment and it may be cancelled.

CREDIT CARD ON FILE: A valid credit card is required to complete your intake forms and secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged unless your appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or in the event of a missed appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS: If you arrive late, we may not be able to accommodate your full treatment time. In some cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to ensure the quality and safety of your treatment. Late arrivals may also be considered a missed appointment depending on the circumstances.
